A preparatory meeting of GEM Workshop-2023 was conducted on 31.03.2023 at ER2-HQs, Bhubaneswar. The meeting was chaired by Shri Rajnish Rastogi, GM (HR), ER2-HQs, wherein Regional HR Officials, Heads of HR and CSR Officials of ER-II Units & NSPCL-Rourkela as well as representatives of M/s. Hero Mindmine Institute, the agency who have been entrusted to co-ordinate GEM Workshop-2023 were present.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rastogi gave valuable inputs on the GEM program and the expectations of the RHQ for conducting the program in a professional manner. All the Heads of HR and officials shared their feedback and gave their suggestions on the program.
